ADVERTISEMENT FOR SEALED BIDS
FOR REMOVAL OF OLD SURPLUS WOODEN FIREHOUSE BUILDING IN SILVER PEAK, NEVADA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Esmeralda County Commissioners, State of Nevada, P. O. Box 517, Goldfield, Nevada, 89013, will accept sealed bids for the removal of the old surplus wooden firehouse building in Silver Peak, Nevada. The building is located on parcel # 002-054-01, between the new firehouse and the ambulance barn in Silver Peak, NV.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that all bids MUST BE SEALED in an envelope and marked "Removal of Old Surplus Wooden Firehouse Building in Silver Peak, Nevada" and filed with the Clerk of Esmeralda County, P. O. Box 547, 233 Crook Street, Esmeralda County Courthouse, Goldfield, Nevada 89013, no later than 10:00 a.m., Pacific Time, on the 6th day of September, 2011. Said bids will be opened and read aloud by the Board of Esmeralda County Commissioners during the course of their regular meeting to be held on the 6th day of September, 2011, at 10:00 a.m., in the Commissioner's Room in the Esmeralda County Courthouse, Goldfield, Nevada.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the bid WILL be awarded by the Board on the 6th day of September, 2011, after the bids have been reviewed.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the building must be removed and the area cleared within 30 days of bid award.
